Who handles your information

SunVibe OÜ, registry code 16733905, Tööstuse tn 85-26, Tallinn 10416, Estonia, is the controller for the project information you submit. Contact: info@sunvibe.ee.

What we collect and why

The project form collects your name, email, company, phone if supplied, project country and location, role, selected solutions, approximate size, timescale and project description. We use these details to assess and respond to your request and prepare a proposal. The basis is steps requested before a contract where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for business representatives and project administration, our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.

Storage and recipients

Enquiries are stored in the SunVibe Site database and available to the site owner. OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure provide hosting. Relevant information may be shared with project suppliers or installation partners when needed to assess the requested scope; we will identify relevant recipients before that project information is shared. We do not sell your contact details.

If an external CRM form is used, its provider also processes the information under the notice displayed on that form. The Site form does not automatically transfer your request to a CRM or send email notifications.

Retention

Our initial policy is to review enquiries after 12 months without project activity and delete information no longer needed. Owner review and deletion are manual. Contract and accounting records, if a project proceeds, are retained for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Contact the address above. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and international processing

SunVibe has installed no advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site. The hosting platform may use necessary security and sign-in cookies. Hosting or service processing may involve countries outside the EEA; applicable provider transfer safeguards and data-processing terms must be confirmed before the public launch.
