Nature above.
Pre-grown vegetation brings planting to a surface that would otherwise remain bare.
SEMPERGREEN · GREEN ROOFS
More than a roof over your head.
A green roof adds vegetation above a properly designed roof assembly. It can turn a grey surface into planting, support habitat and help retain rainwater. Compatible roofs can also combine greenery with Over Easy Solar.

Rainwater and habitat.
The selected roof build-up and planting contribute to rainwater retention and habitat.
A roof with two purposes.
Where suitable, green roofs and xM-3 vertical solar can be designed together.
What is a green roof?
A green roof is a roof with a vegetation layer above a suitable waterproof assembly. A complete system typically includes protection, drainage, growing substrate and plants. The selected build-up depends on the building and planting requirements.
Is my existing roof suitable?
Structural capacity, waterproofing condition, roof geometry, drainage and the saturated weight of the planted system need to be reviewed. An existing flat roof is not automatically suitable just because it has enough space.
How does a solar green roof work?
Planting and rooftop PV share the surface, with appropriate supports and a layout allowing maintenance. The green-roof assembly and PV system are assessed together, including water, wind conditions and combined loading.

What is sedum?
Sedum is a group of succulent plants commonly used in green roofs. The planting mix is selected for the local climate and the roof system.
Can a green roof have solar panels?
Yes, compatible systems can combine planting and Over Easy Solar xM-3 units. Supports, structural load, drainage and maintenance access are reviewed together.
Does a green roof need maintenance?
Yes. The requirements depend on the system, planting and location. Maintenance access and the care plan are considered in the proposal.
